It can always happen you either don't like the goods or something is wrong with the goods.(before shipping all goods are checked very thorough) for returning we have a policy which we describe over here.
From the moment you received the goods, you will have a 7 days time-limit to reconsider the goods. every article has seals on the outside which can be removed easily, you can try/reconsider the article in this period, once you decide to take the article, just remove the seals, once the seals are removed, we are not accepting returns concerning the reconsider period, unless decided otherwise by Believes.
In a situation when there is damage when unpacked we hope you will respond as soon as possible and notify us.
Costs made for returning the goods are on behalf of the sender, if otherwise it is always after consultation Believes.
We ask you to follow some steps for returning:
Notify us by mail if you want to exchange, return the good(s) plus the number of the order.
You have to wait for our response by mail; by mail we will provide you with a code for returning and a return address. With this code you send us back the article(s), undamaged, unused, not worn and in the original packaging.
Use for shipping only registered mail.
Once arrived we will again notify you, we will either return the money or exchange the good(s)
NB. We will not accept the parcel:
When parcel is not packed properly, in the original box,
When goods are used, worn, damaged.
When shipping costs not paid for in advance.
When it is no need for signing for the package.
